We wanted to offer residents who didn't get trees outside their housesas requested due to services ,and i guess this could include no 60,but i didnt think we had not had a reply as there's a street light there which precluded one, .So the offer stands subject to me buying the trees.Contact on www.merseyforest.org.uk/greenstreets

50 vibrant street trees were planted in November 2008 as part of The Mersey Forest's Green Streets Programme for Merseyside.Trees were planted to enhance recent improvements to house frontages in the Norman St, Mallaby St area near Birkenhead Park, Wirral.This is a Green Streets delivery by The Mersey Forest.Site managed by TEP.Contractor Blakedown Landscapes.Trees supplied by Specimen Trees.Beanbag carried out consultation coordinated by Faiths 4 Change. Funded by ERDF Objective 1 and the Northwest RDA through the Newlands Programme managed by The Forestry Commission.Live Wirral HMR Team assisted by funding the future maintenance of the trees.Wirral Streetscene coordinated the highways permissions.Wirral Parks kindly provided storage facilities for trees and materials during the contract period.
