c.s.'s conversations
You're right, Alex, that's the wheels arrangement. For this locomotive: 2 leading wheels, 8 coupled driving wheels and 4 trailing wheels (bearing the weight of the firebox).

Hi Stephan,
this is also a tremendous shot. Water and fog are floating together forming a new and misterious element. To make good pictures it needs to be at the right place, at the right time, and to have the right view through the cameras objective. Congratulation. Volker

Thankyou and greetings QueenDrakula.
Your fictitious namesake 'The Count', in Bram Stokers novel, is said to have fled up these steps before disappearing into the nearby graveyard.
Thanks for dropping in.

Thank you so much for your encouragement,Claus ! I made a poeticism as a stereotyped idea.I also have a kind of English handicap, even though I think there are no problems in Korean and Japanese. As you mentioned that I need to take a time to make a poem. Anyhow,I want so much to be as brave and as understanding as you are.
Greetings,Stephan

Did you know I worked for Coles Cranes in the late 60s?
Greetings from northern California,

Hello back to you Claus, thankyou for your comments. My meagre efforts will be added to slowly, as I have a little trouble getting out there, plus- I AM NOT TOO GOOD AT "REFINING" MY CHOICES! Still, drop in now & then, aqll are welcome-comments too.

Thank you claus! Poor old Dr Allinson even got struck off the medical register for his radical ideas about diet affecting our health! When they realised he was right they offered to re-instate him but I believe he turned it down to go into 'alternate health'.
best wishes,
Paula
