This is absolutely beautiful "Konak" and deserve more respect and I apologise for not being able to make further comment until today. The reason being engaged couple of very interesting philosophical debates on the Internet. Happy New Year to all.
There are some decent architectural ideas in this building: entrance portico is one [I suggest the removal of existing glazing and installation of frameless glazing to reveal the integrity of the original portico]; the square main hall with eight pillars [and probably four semidomes on the corners] and central dome another idea.
I am not quite sure about the drop arches above windows and segmental arches over drum [or rotunda] windows and colouring over plaster.
Any more information: date of the construction, architect, plans, more photographs, known publications etc? Thank you, Pekin.

Good soft landscape [trees, shrubs etc] and underground power lines will improve the scene dramatically.
Apart from nondescript steel gate and railings to garden walls, there seems to be a little gem here.
