Thus begins the second act of Richard Wagner's opera Siegfried, the third part of the Ring of the Nibelung. Alberich the dwarf is watching over the cave of the dragon Fafner who guards the Nibelung's treasure, which once belonged to Alberich.
This cave under Schloss Bronnen reminds me of the gloomy scene. I recommend everyone to listen the whole Ring cycle.
