My eye was offended when I first saw this building,over the years they have made some great improvements to the city but this is the worst building I have ever seen.

Haha... when I was doing driving lessons my driving instructor used to point it out so for Christmas 2006 we sent the face a Christmas card and posted it in the door signed with such things as 'your face brightens up my day' and stuff.
