Graham Wiggans's conversations
I knew these towers were due for demolition at some point and I made a point of taking a photo. It was difficult to hold the wheel and the camera it the same time but it is sort of possible (if not recommended).
I had planned to go and see them being demolished (yes, at 3am) but, well, I forgot! Drat.
Anyway, if anyone wants me to email them my original digital photo, my email address is graham_wiggans@hotmail.com. I won't be able to sign it though Rohenria but I guess you'd rather have it in its pristine condition :-)

An old Australian National University monitoring station is on the left and to the right (light blue in the forest) is an A-frame hut used for acclimatisation before ascending Mount Wilhelm
