This appears to be the Lanyon Building which is actually located on University Road in S.E. Belfast. Perhaps a local contributor will provide details of it's exact location.
The buildings shown as it's location are actually the old Crumlin Road Prison buildings. This was in use from 1846 till 1996.There are currently plans to open the prison as a museum. There is a tunnel which passes under Crumlin Road linking ot to the main courthouse which allowed prisoners to be moved between them securely.
