This sign has a lot of cultural significance in the area that it is posted. I believe the Sons of Freedom "Occupied" this land in 1960s.

Just completed this trail today. This is definitely a difficult trail (relative to my level of experience). Awesome hike. Amazing views from the peak. Not an easy hike back down though.
