Hi Tumagh, remember: i do NOT complain the Ingush killing people, neither Russian nor Ossetian. I first noticed the conflict in 2005, when i visited Beslan. And be shure: The Beslan mothers of the killed children most know what really happend. But ..... PS: In 1992 i was in former yugoslavia, where X killed Y.

Das Kloster wurde 1229 als Maria-Magdalenen-Kloster in der vorher von den Dänen besetzten Burg gegründet - als Dank an die Heiligen, denen man den Sieg über die Dänen beider Schlacht von Bornhöved zusprach. Es ist die größte hochgotische Klosteranlagen Norddeutschlands und ein Architekturdenkmal von europäischem Rang. Kreuzgang, Sakristei, Refektorien und Kapitelsaal mit bedeutenden Wandmalereien sind zu besichtigen. Seit seiner Aufhebung durch die Reformation erlebte das Burgkloster eine wechselvolle Geschichte: Es wurde als Armenhaus genutzt und seit Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts als Gericht und Untersuchungsgefängnis. Im Nationalsozialismus wurden hier Juden und Widerstandskämpfer inhaftiert, 1943 fand hier der so genannte Christenprozess statt, nach dem vier Lübecker Geistliche ermordet wurden.
