Jsem amatérská, ale vášnivá fotografka z Olomouce. Kromě svého rodného města často fotím na Vysočině, kde bydlí moje babička, ale ráda pořizuji snímky i na svých cestách po České republice i v zahraničí. Nejvíc mě však baví objevovat krásu neznámých míst ve svém okolí.
I am an amateur but passionate photographer from Olomouc, Czech Republic. Besides my hometown, I often take photos in Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, where my grandmother lives, but I also like to photograph during my travels in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. However, I enjoy discovering the beauty of unknown places in my neighbourhood most.

Věřím, že krása je atributem Božství, protože je v ní obsaženo cosi transcendentálního - její vnímání je schopno nás vytrhnout z běžné reality a povznést duši do vyšších sfér. Krása je všude kolem a její hledání je pro mě smyslem života.
I believe that beauty is an attribute of Godhead, because it contains something transcendental - the perception of it is able to get us out of the common reality and elevate the soul to higher realms. Beauty is all around and searching for it is the sense of my life.

Nespecializuji se na konkrétní objekt, fotím všechno, co se mi líbí - lidi, přírodu od krajiny až po detaily, zvířata (hlavně kočky), architekturu, neživé předměty etc. Za klíčové považuji dobré světlo, protože fotografie jsou obrazy malované světlem. V poslední době mě nejvíc baví portréty. Zatím fotím hlavně svou rodinu a přátele. Stejnětak miluji procházky přírodou, které jsou pro mě svého druhu meditací. Navíc je příroda trpělivějším modelem než lidé :)
I do not specialize on any specific object, I take pictures of everything I find beautiful - people, nature from the landscape to the details, animals (especially cats), architecture, inanimate objects, etc. I believe the key thing is good light because photographs are paintings painted by light. Recently, I particularly enjoy taking portraits. So far I have mainly taken pictures of my family and friends. Anyway, I love nature walks, as well, that are a kind of meditation for me. Moreover, nature is a more patient model than people :)

Zatím nemám profesionální vybavení, fotím většinou Samsungem EX 1, na kterém oceňuji zejména jeho dobrou světelnost objektivu, takže s ním můžu pořizovat snímky bez použití stativu i večer. Časem bych si chtěla pořídit fotoaparát s větším zoomem a možností fotit ve formátu RAW. Každopádně si myslím, že vybavení není to hlavní.
I do not have professional equipment, I take pictures mostly with Samsung EX 1, on which I particularly appreciate the good lens speed, so it can take pictures without using a tripod even in the evening. In the future, I would like to buy a camera with a larger zoom which would also enable me to take pictures in RAW format. Anyway, I think that the equipment is not the main thing.

Mám ráda barevnou fotografii, protože barvy jsou jednou z dimenzí vizuální reality a navíc věřím, že harmonické barevné kombinace působí příznivě na psychiku, ale ráda fotím i černobíle pro zdůraznění tvarů a kontrastu světla a stínu.
I like color photography, because colors are one of the dimensions of the visual reality and moreover, I believe that harmonious color combinations have a positive effect on the psyche, but I like to take pictures in black and white, as well, to emphasize the shapes and the contrast of light and shadow.

K úpravě fotek používám většinou bezplatné programy Ipiccy (www.ipiccy.com) a Luminance HDR, který umí i automaticky zarovnat fotky s různou expozicí, takže fotograf nemusí používat stativ.
To edit my photos, I usually use the free programs Ipiccy (www.ipiccy.com) and Luminance HDR which can autoalign the shots with a different exposure, so the photographer does not need to use a tripod.
